Office Renovation in Vienna

Tulzer + Osterauer has completed a new office space for TAG GmbH in the Vienna Twin Towers on the Wienerberg. The spaces, which span two floors—the 28th and 29th—are connected by an internal stairwell and have been integrated into a modern, vertically connected work environment.

In addition to the planning and execution of the office fit-out, the project also included comprehensive relocation management, encompassing the coordination of all stakeholders and the organization of the move.

Despite the building’s clear structure, targeted zoning, varied materials, and a dynamic spatial concept created a diverse office landscape featuring open-office areas, meeting rooms, co-working zones, as well as communication and lounge areas.

Warm gray and earth tones, a balanced mix of materials, and a well-thought-out lighting and plant concept create a pleasant working atmosphere and a high quality of stay. The specific requirements of a critical infrastructure company were optimally integrated into the planning from both a functional and design perspective.
